I have been gluten free since I was 35 years old and dairy free for the last 4 years. Going to restaurants and travelling within South Africa hasn' t always easy. Its easy if we travel by car to our destination. I usually freeze breads/rolls/falafels/pita breads, etc for the trip. The last time we flew to Kruger National Park I presumed that I would find gluten free rolls and other treats from Nelspruit Woolworths. They didn't sell anything gluten free. They obviously don't
